RSM Teachers

Most of the teachers employed by RSM are professional teachers with considerable experience of teaching math in both the US and Russia.

Some teachers with non-teaching background come to us from engineering or other high-level professional positions. All of them have a university education in math and continue to use math every day. This gives them the unique advantage of illustrating the need for math in everyday life and in a variety of careers with examples from their own professional experience.

Another, recent category of RSM teachers started to form this year. This is our own graduates who spent 7 or more years here at RSM, graduated with excellent SAT scores (ranging from 780 to 800), entered prestigious colleges, and finally came back to us, now as teachers.

One common feature all of our teachers share is their passion for teaching. When asked to explain why they wish to work at RSM, in most cases in addition to their regular work, all of them answer that it is because of a strong desire to share the disciplined and systematic way of learning math from an early age.
